It will change everything". - JAY SHETTY Motivation and scolding are well thought-out the backbone of a successful and disciplined individual. Motivation is of different types. Intrinsic and extrinsic are famous among all. Intrinsic motivation means when you are motivated from inside and extrinsic means when you are motivated by outside like by other people, situations, or observing something very deep. Now, I genuinely observed that motivation comes from scolding too. We usually hold our children, younger ones, or anyone around us. But a few of us observed the reason behind that. So the reason behind that scolding is to motivate someone when they got distracted from their goals or they are in the wrong direction.
