One step towards change!

It's time to bring change in this male dominating society, gradually the change is coming but somewhere down the lane still we need to work more on this. What I figure out regarding all this is women's perception towards other women and here we women lack. If you ever noticed then in 99% of cases you have found women to gossip and criticize other women, but you haven't found men gossip about other men, and here unity begins. Many women usually criticize other women on their back regarding their looks, their personal issues, their character, their relationships, and many more.

Is this helpful in women's growth?

Are we women giving our contribution to the development of women?

Absolutely No, here we should be like men. Actually, they never criticize other men for their character, their looks, their personal matters, and so on. They have a great unity among them.

One of my far friends use to do this, she uses to criticize other women on the basis of their character, which she measures from the relationships they have in their personal life. She uses to judge her colleagues on the basis of their personal matters on their back, with other ladies, like if someone has a boyfriend then, she uses to backbite about her and say that lady has the boyfriend she is not a good lady, stay away from her. So, in this way she gossips about other women. even she has had more than one boyfriend. But she thought that this is her right to judge others, and want to show others that I am a good lady. But this is not anyone's right to interfere in others' personal life until and unless they allow them. It creates a lot of emotional traumas in the life of those women about whom such people gossip. Instead of measuring them according to their intelligence and working, their colleagues judging them for their personal issues. And this is so embarrassing for the whole women's society. Because only because of these kinds of women, the other women are suffering.

I really felt that if we women will not support other women, will not help them out instead of gossiping about them then we can't change our society. This is a general understanding that gossiping about others, spying on someone's personal life, has more interest in someone's personal matter and many more would not make you a great personality. These types of people are considered as rubbish ones who don't have anything good in their life, have a lot of unnecessary time to gossip & spying about others and so on.

If we women really want to make a change then, the very first thing we should do is to understand other women. It would not only bring change but unity also. So, stop judging other women on the basis of their character, their dressing, their looks, their colors, their relationships. Nobody has given you the right to judge other people. This gossiping factor really contributes to the lack of growth and development of women, because more than half of their mind engages in these activities of curiosity to know about other's life. It puts a full stop on their personal, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and professional growth.

A strong woman is one who helps others instead of criticizing them.
