THE WONDER OF TEACHING!
"The wonder of teaching is watching caterpillars become butterflies."
Teachers are the creators of many lives. They have the power to mold the personality of students, they can really bring drastic change.
The job of teaching is not just a job, it's a service to humanity, towards positive change. Children spend most of their time with teachers, As one famous saying says that parents are our first teachers, in the same way, teachers are our second parents.
During the pandemic teachers as well as students facing many difficulties in the teaching-learning process. But did the successful implementation of online classes. As of now, many schools are opening after the COVID-19 Pandemic, the most horrible one in everyone's life. But it made us so technologically friendly in terms of online studies, which is having a great benefit to the students all over the country. I remember those days when online classes began. It was the condition when many parents are against online classes, as mobile is not for study according to them. But We didn't have any other option and then we started. With the passage of time, we gradually moved to the somewhat higher levels of teaching, such as google meet and Microsoft teams. Whenever we started any new app for teaching, we had to solve a lot many queries and faced a lot of opposition from parents, as no one was familiar with these apps. But once we started, gradually it becomes our successful implementation of online teaching. And now we reached the optimum level of a technology-friendly environment, not even teachers and students, parents are also familiar with the use of technology. All over it was a wonderful experience for everyone I believe.
A hidden moral is there behind all of these scenarios.
A few lines are presented here by "Jayshanker Prasad Ji".
It goes like...The wayfarer's ability to walk on the path is truly tested when the path is full of obstacles, as we judge the patience and ability of sailors to sail the ship in unstable tides.
Therefore, We teachers proved this saying.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!
Now a few things come here to which soon we are going to deal with, that is the mental and emotional condition of students. I think we should equally focus on the emotional, mental and physical development of the students. Their emotional health needs more attention now because after a long period of time they are coming to school. We don't even think through which traumas all of them gone through, many of them lost their loved ones too. They stuck in the same place for this long period. They also have a kind of fear of the virus. They faced many new challenges last year.
Yes, we can help them out!
"As we are not just teachers, we are the managers of the world's greatest resource: Children."
By treating them equally.
By not comparing their qualities and abilities, as we can't ask fish to climb a tree.
By letting their emotional burden come out.
By making them comfortable.
By teaching them to stay away from the mobile and laptop, as now they can learn in schools constructively.
By focusing on their Emotional Quotient rather than their Intelligent Quotient.
"MOST OF US END UP WITH NO MORE THAN FIVE OR SIX PEOPLE WHO REMEMBER US. TEACHERS HAVE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WHO REMEMBER THEM FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES." - ANDY ROONEY.
Teachers are the ideals for the students, so being a teacher we should behave in such a way as which we expect our students to do. Children are the imitators, they observe their surroundings very well, especially their teachers. So being a teacher this is our responsibility to acquire those valuable etiquettes which bring a positive impact on students.
"If someone asks why someone would ever become a teacher. Remind them why it's worth it. Every job has its ups and downs, But not every job can change a life."
