May Lord Ganesha bless each one of us with good health and happiness.
Lord Ganesha is the happiest God, his life is full of happiness. Hence we all wish for happiness from him.
I took out a few things which we can learn and implement in our lives to make it more simple and happy.
Before finding the solution to any problem, we should know the reason behind it, the exact reason for the problem. So there are different reasons for sadness in everyone's lives, one of the real causes of sadness in the world is laziness.
Lord Ganesha teaches us-
FIRST RULE-
"The Ultimate virtue of happiness is to finish the tasks you take up."
Its a seriously amazing way to find happiness, it is all about your mindset, when you make up your mind to complete the task you started, it gives you a kind of motivation, the intrinsic motivation, which keeps you motivated from inside, which says that anyhow once you complete the task it will definitely give you happiness.

Now, there is the psychological reason behind all this. The reason is a hormone called "DOPAMINE". Yes, whenever you recognize a task or project as completed your brain releases a load of dopamine, a neurotransmitter that is responsible for generating a feeling of accomplishment, satisfaction, and happiness. This hormone drives your brain's reward. It is released when you are doing something pleasurable. This could be the completion of any task. It could be completing a physical exercise workout, listening to inspiring music, eating a great meal, or many more.
Once you accomplish any task, you started feeling motivated to do more such tasks, this would be your goal-directed behavior, so once you start to implement this rule of finishing the tasks which you started, will definitely make you happier than ever before.
SECOND RULE-
" The joyful mind leads us to the joyful life."
Every one of us is seeking joy, but a few of us actually found it. I have a very good instance of two kinds of people.
The first one is who always discuss their problem, wherever they go, to whoever they talk or meet, the only topic of their discussion is their problems, and actually not very big problems, they discuss little problems, they always cry for their failures, always blaming others for their problems. And so nobody really likes to even talk to such people. They created their aura of negativity around them, which also makes their surroundings negative.
The second kind of people is the ones who have actually gone through or going through a challenging life, challenging situations, and challenging obstacles in every phase of their life. But all this made them so strong that instead of all these problems or discussion over those problems, we always find them with smiling faces.
When we smile automatically our mind feels good, the reason is again a releasing of a hormone called "ENDORPHINS". When you smile, your brain releases a tiny molecule called neuropeptides to help to fight out stress. Then other neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins come into play too. The endorphins act as a mild pain reliever, whereas serotonin is an antidepressant.
The whole world is full of suffering. Discussing your problem will never lead you towards the solutions or happiness. It only disturbs your mental state, makes your mind more stressed. So instead of all these, we can smile, which will boost your mind and you would become cheerful even in your hardships too.
Whenever you are upset, and going outside or on your work, never discuss such topics again, because this will make you more upset and you would feel low. Always keep a beautiful smile on your face, it will make your mind more pleasurable and keeps you away from stress.
99 % of problems, about which our mind thinks, actually don't exist in reality. This is in your mind only. So the root cause is psychological, once you do your self-assessment regularly you would find that there are a few problems only in your life, others are actually don't exist.
Keep a beautiful smile on your face, it will create a positive aura, which keeps you as well as others positive and motivated.

Lord Ganpati teaches a lot of things, as he is famous for his calmness and peace, he has a happy married life, he is blessed with children with good etiquette. The conclusion is that no unnecessary conflicts are there in his life. That's why we ask him to remove all the obstacles in our lives too.
