 चाह गई चिंता मिटी, मनुआ बेपरवाह।
जिनको कछु नहि चाहिये, वे साहन के साह।।

जिन्हें कुछ नहीं चाहिए वो राजाओं के राजा हैं। क्योंकि उन्हें ना तो किसी चीज की चाह है, ना ही चिंता और मन तो बिल्कुल बेपरवाह है।

When you stop expecting from life, your mind will become more peaceful. Usually, our expectations are the reasons for our misery. Let life flow in its own way, Yes it is your life so you should do your deeds in the direction which you think is good for you. Take charge of your life as an individual.
Take charge of the result  which is happening in your life. Here, anything means it is either good(of your choice) or bad(not according you wished for), in both the conditions you have to take charge to be happy in every aspect of your life. 

Generally, people tie their happiness to the good things or we can say whatever they want or desire to achieve, if the result would be in their favor then only they will be happy and if the opposite will happen, then their emotions will automatically start losing the balance, which causes misery again. 

This is the cycle of suffering which again and again causes misery and unhappiness in your life. 
the reason behind this suffering is expectations, which kills your happiness in uncertain ways every time.

In your life span, you desire for one and the other things again and again as life goes on, from the time when you were born till your death, your life is full of desires, and it's hardly possible that every time your desires will get fulfilled.  You kept running behind your desires every time with the same thought of fulfilling them. People never desire anything with the thought that in case it wouldn't get fulfilled then also they can  be happy because they have the charge of my happiness in their hands

People should  be like...
I wouldn't give the charge of my own happiness to someone else/my desires/ materialistic things. 

You should ask one question to yourself "Am I unable to take charge of my happiness?" Then you will find out that this is only you who can take this charge, no one else will come to you and say that I will take charge of your happiness. 

Do you ever think about this?
or if you think from a second-person perspective, so, Do you want to take charge of someone other's happiness. Obviously, the answer would be No, because no one wants this. 

To be happy is in your hands, happiness is everywhere if the things will go in your favor (whatever you wished for) or not. In both situations, you can be happy, the only thing is to take charge of handling ypur emotions and senses. 

For this, you have to be more conscious than ever before, which leads you to the right path. You should try to be more mindful as well.

Life is uncertain, it will never go the way you want it to be. Let the unknown future be unknown only. Never try to force the situations or things. Let life unfold by itself. Don't expect things or situations according to your desires or your wishes, let life flow smoothly. 

In case things will not fall the way you want them, then accept it with grace. The more gracefully you accept the situations in your life the wiser you become. 

Whenever such things will happen to you, try to figure out the good reason behind all that. 
Don't forget who you are even though you are hurt, you are caught in a wire and soon it will burst. Yes, you can cry, you can express your emotions through your tears, as they are given by God to express your grief.

There are many other ways also to deal with the situations of your life. when you find yourself unhappy because of anything, don't forget who you are even though you are hurt,  you are caught in the situations like a loop of wire, and soon that will burst. When your sadness gone, you let the river run wild, if you want you can cry. 

Life is like a river, it cant flow in the same way, sometimes it is wild too.

But remember it is life...it will move ahead...whether the changes are painfull or pleasant.

Be ready to accept the changes...if you avoid the changes means you are avoiding the life.

Let's make life the pleasant journey of some sweet and bitter experiences. Let us take an example,  the day and night both together combine and makes a whole day, simliilary life also consist of different phases.
