Porridge- Take any flour Bajra, Ragi, sooji, wheat, or whatever works for you, roast it in ghee, whisk it in hot water, and add ginger and cardamom. (add sweetener if you want)

Moongdal & rice simple khichdi

Moongdal cheela made in ghee

Ragi malt (3 tsp of Ragi, add it in boiling water, whisk it, ass sweetener and cardamom)

Smoothie- for example, Spinach, warm water, soaked raisins, add ginger. (it might not be tempting but good for your health)

Very liquidy Dalia made in water (soak Dalia overnight)

Note- Poha, being heavy in nature is not ok for everyday consumption, nor the parathas.
