Nanda Gaura Yojna, Uttarakhand




The state government will provide financial assistance to girls from birth until their marriage to ensure they receive the best education and become independent. The primary goal is to prevent female feticide, stop child marriages, eliminate social inequality, and empower them through higher education. The benefits of this scheme will be extended to eligible families who are permanent residents of Uttarakhand.

To receive the benefits of the scheme, a joint bank account with the girl’s mother will be opened in a nationalized bank with zero balance and no clearance required. If the mother is deceased, a joint account will be opened with the father. In case both parents are not alive, the account will be opened jointly with the girl's legal guardian. The account must also be linked to the Aadhaar number of the beneficiary.

Benefits-

 
1. At the time of birth-    11,000/- Rupees. 
 Mode of Payment -    Through e-payment in the bank account directly. 

2. On passing class 12th- 51,000/- Rupees. 
Mode of payment - Through e-payment in the bank account directly. 

The total sum of 62,000/- will be given. 

Eligibility-


  • Residence: The scheme is limited to native or permanent girls residing in the Uttarakhand state.
  • Family Limit: A maximum of two living girls per family can benefit from the scheme.
  • Application Deadline: Applications for the first phase must be submitted within six months of the girl child's birth.
  • Place of Birth: The girl child must be born in a government hospital, private hospital, or ANM center (including those in other states).
  • Required Documentation: A certificate confirming the place of birth and a copy of the institutional delivery certificate are mandatory.
  • Midwife Deliveries: Deliveries assisted by trained midwives are not considered institutional deliveries.

Scheme Benefits and Conditions:

  • Second Phase Deadline: The last date to apply for the second phase benefits is November 30th of each financial year.
  • Active Bank Account: Applicants must ensure their provided bank account is active.
  • Income Limit: The family's annual income must not exceed Rs. 72,000/- (Rs. 6,000/- monthly) in both rural and urban areas.
  • Income Certificate: Only income certificates issued by Tehsildar will be accepted.

  2. Select Phase: Choose either the "First phase online application process" or "Second phase online application process" based on your eligibility.
  3. Access Application Form: The selected application form will open.
  4. Fill in Details: Provide accurate information in the form, including personal details, bank details, and family details.
  5. Upload Documents: Attach the required documents as specified in the application guidelines.
  6. Submit Application: Once all information is entered and documents are uploaded, submit the application form.

First Phase Application:

  • Residence: Permanent residence certificate
  • Income: Income certificate issued by Tehsildar
  • Birth: Institutional delivery certificate (not applicable for midwife-assisted deliveries) and birth certificate
  • Identification: Aadhaar card of parent/guardian
  • Bank: Copy of the first page of the bank passbook
  • Anganwadi: Certificate from the concerned Anganwadi worker

Second Phase Application:

  • Residence: Permanent residence certificate
  • Income: Income certificate issued by Tehsildar
  • Education: Passing certificate of class 12
  • Birth: Date of birth certificate or birth register certificate
  • Identification: Aadhaar card of the applicant/beneficiary
  • Marital Status: Self-proclaimed unmarried beneficiary certificate
  • Bank: Information on the first page of the bank passbook
  • Anganwadi: Certificate from the concerned Anganwadi worker
  • School: Certificate issued by the school
  • Mother's Aadhaar: Aadhaar card of the girl's mother

राज्य सरकार बालिकाओं को जन्म से लेकर विवाह तक आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करेगी ताकि वे सर्वोत्तम शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें और आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें। इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य कन्या भ्रूण हत्या को रोकना, बाल विवाह को समाप्त करना, समाज में व्याप्त असमानता को समाप्त करना और उच्च शिक्षा के माध्यम से बालिकाओं को सशक्त बनाना है। इस योजना का लाभ उन पात्र परिवारों को मिलेगा जो उत्तराखंड के स्थायी निवासी हैं।

योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए बालिका और उसकी माता के नाम से राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक में संयुक्त खाता खोला जाएगा, जिसमें शून्य शेष और किसी प्रकार की क्लीयरेंस की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। यदि माता जीवित नहीं है, तो पिता के साथ संयुक्त खाता खोला जाएगा। अगर माता-पिता दोनों जीवित नहीं हैं, तो बालिका के कानूनी अभिभावक के साथ संयुक्त खाता खोला जाएगा। यह खाता लाभार्थी के आधार नंबर से भी जुड़ा होना चाहिए।

 लाभ -

1. जन्म के समय -  ₹11,000/- 

   भुगतान का तरीका - सीधे बैंक खाते में ई-भुगतान के माध्यम से।

2. कक्षा 12वीं उत्तीर्ण करने पर - ₹51,000/- 

   भुगतान का तरीका - सीधे बैंक खाते में ई-भुगतान के माध्यम से।

कुल ₹62,000/- की राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।

 पात्रता -

- निवास: यह योजना केवल उत्तराखंड राज्य के स्थायी निवासी या मूल निवासी बालिकाओं के लिए है।

- परिवार सीमा: एक परिवार में अधिकतम दो जीवित बालिकाओं को इस योजना का लाभ मिलेगा।

- आवेदन की समय सीमा: पहले चरण के लिए आवेदन बालिका के जन्म के छह महीने के भीतर किया जाना चाहिए।

- जन्म स्थान: बालिका का जन्म सरकारी अस्पताल, निजी अस्पताल या एएनएम केंद्र (अन्य राज्यों के भी) में होना चाहिए।

- आवश्यक दस्तावेज़: जन्म स्थान का प्रमाण पत्र और संस्थागत प्रसव प्रमाण पत्र अनिवार्य है।

- धायियों द्वारा प्रसव: प्रशिक्षित धायियों द्वारा किए गए प्रसव को संस्थागत प्रसव नहीं माना जाएगा।

- योजना लाभ और शर्तें:

  - दूसरे चरण की समय सीमा: दूसरे चरण के लाभ के लिए आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि प्रत्येक वित्तीय वर्ष के 30 नवंबर तक है।

  - सक्रिय बैंक खाता: आवेदक को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि दिया गया बैंक खाता सक्रिय हो।

  - आय सीमा: ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में परिवार की वार्षिक आय ₹72,000/- (₹6,000/- मासिक) से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।

  - आय प्रमाण पत्र: केवल तहसीलदार द्वारा जारी आय प्रमाण पत्र मान्य होंगे।

3. आवेदन पत्र तक पहुंचें: चुने गए आवेदन पत्र को खोलें।

4. विवरण भरें: फॉर्म में सही जानकारी जैसे व्यक्तिगत विवरण, बैंक विवरण और पारिवारिक विवरण भरें।
