"All the schemes of the state government will reach the common people easily and they will not have to wander to get information about the schemes and their benefits. The State Institute for Empowering and Transforming Uttarakhand (Setu) Commission will realize the Chief Minister's fundamental mantra of simplifying public welfare schemes.

The commission is going to develop a website and a mobile app named 'Meri Yojana'. On this app, any person can get information about the schemes by asking or chatting. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has advised all government departments, especially those related to public welfare and services, to bring about a change in their work system keeping three points in mind: simplification, solution, and disposal."

The Setu Commission, under the Employment Department, will address the queries of the state residents regarding government schemes as per the Chief Minister's directives.
